We have submitted a planning application with North Yorkshire Council on behalf of our clients in Catton who would like to extend the rear of their property, the extension will increase their kitchen, and by moving the lounge into the new space, will give them an additional bedroom. A roof lantern was a must for the new lounge, and bi-fold doors to the kitchen will bring in lots of natural light and views of their extensive garden.
