Planning Permission Granted

We are delighted that we have been able to secure planning permission for our clients in Pilmoor. The proposal shows a ‘glass box’ type single-storey extension infilling the southeast corner of their property. The garden room extension will allow them to enjoy uninterrupted views of their garden and beyond.

Residential Development Enquiry - Confirmed Permitted Development

We have submitted a residential planning enquiry to North Yorkshire Council on behalf of our clients in Easingwold, who would like to demolish their existing garage to allow for the construction of a single-storey kitchen extension. Internal alterations will accomodate a downstairs WC & utility.
