Planning Permission Granted

We are delighted that we have been able to secure planning permission for our clients in Pilmoor. The proposal shows a ‘glass box’ type single-storey extension infilling the southeast corner of their property. The garden room extension will allow them to enjoy uninterrupted views of their garden and beyond.

Planning Application Submission

We have submitted a planning application to North Yorkshire Council on behalf of our clients in Northallerton for a single-storey extension to the rear of their property. The extension will span the full width of the house to accommodate an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space. The proposed with have a lean too roof with a vaulted ceiling and roof lights and large-format doors overlooking their garden.
