Planning Application Submission

We have recently submitted a full planning application on behalf of our clients in Thirsk for the construction of a new detached two-bedroom bungalow. The proposals seek to provide attractive, practical and

well-proportioned single-storey accommodation, designed to offer comfortable modern living whilst taking account of the character and surroundings of the site. We now look forward to progressing the application through the planning process and working towards a positive outcome for our clients.
