Planning Permission Granted

We are delighted that we have been able to secure planning permission for our clients in Pilmoor. The proposal shows a ‘glass box’ type single-storey extension infilling the southeast corner of their property. The garden room extension will allow them to enjoy uninterrupted views of their garden and beyond.

We have submitted a residential planning enquiry to North Yorkshire Council on behalf of our client in Northallerton, who would like to demolish their existing garage and utility to make way for the construction of a single-storey lean-to carport, utility, and WC.
