
Planning Permission Granted
We are delighted that we have been able to secure planning permission for our clients in Pilmoor. The proposal shows a ‘glass box’ type single-storey extension infilling the southeast corner of their property. The garden room extension will allow them to enjoy uninterrupted views of their garden and beyond.



Planning Application Submission
We have submitted a householder planning application to North Yorkshire Council for our clients in property in Huby. The plans show the demolition of the existing kitchen extension to allow construction of a new single storey extension across the full width of the house going out as far as the back of the existing garage. The extension will extend past the front of the garage to form an open oak framed car port and will be finished in composite cladding which will be included for the garage to create a seamless wrap around solution. Internally, the new space will have a large open-plan kitchen and dining area with separate utility to include a shower.
