KDW Architecture Ltd are a young and fresh Professional Architectural Practice bourn of 29 years of experience across a comprehensive range of Architectural Services throughout Yorkshire and the North East.
We aim to provide a friendly and competitive, yet highly professional service to private individuals, developers, companies, landlords, and Local Authorities across a wide range of project types, from small scale residential projects through to larger-scale private & social housing, industrial units, office buildings, commercial buildings, agricultural buildings, education, and healthcare projects.

About Me
My ethos is my integrity, commitment to design quality, and attention to detail that creates spaces that realise my clients' hopes and aspirations in meeting their project brief. Each project evolves from my client's ideas and each project adopts a client-focused approach.
After 24 years working in private practices based in North Yorkshire, and with the encouragement of my family and friends, I was excited to embark upon a new chapter in my career with my own Architectural Practice which is founded upon quality experience across all project types.
Up until I decided to start my own company I was employed by a successful North Yorkshire based practice which for the latter 12 years I held the position of Director. Over this time I have forged a solid reputation that creates repeat work from happy clients which
I aim to continue to build upon producing high-quality design solutions to meet and exceed my clients' needs and brief.
My client-focused approach ensures that the client is involved through all stages of the design process. I deliver a professional service and can respond to tight deadlines and I pride myself on the quality and detailed technical content of my drawings and information I produce, all at a competitive price.
I keep myself conversant in all current legislation and practices and endeavour to keep aware of and embrace new legislation. I have particular knowledge and expertise in the conversion and adaptation of existing buildings including listed buildings and buildings of special architectural interest.
I have an excellent record in securing planning approval and building regulations approval due to my close working relationship with Local Authorities and Building Control Bodies.
