We are delighted to have secured planning approval with Hambleton District Council for this proposed agricultural workers' dwelling. Our brief was to create a detached four-bedroom property, the proposed residence will be constructed of red-facing brickwork beneath a natural slate roof. The internal arrangements show an open-plan kitchen, dining & family area, with a downstairs shower room in the utility/boot room. On the first floor are three double bedrooms, a study, house bathroom and a master en suite with dressing room.
